This privacy policy informs users of Plombox website and mobile app how Plombox website (www.plombox.com), mobile application use and protects your data.

This document explains Plombox's policy regarding collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal information.

Personal Information

"Personal information" is information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity such as users' name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number or any information that is related to the user, such as the activities he or her does on the application. Personal information also includes any information that users wishes to include, this can be your education, age, and places that the users shops or visits. Your personal information is collected when you provide it to us, this can be in the form of registration for Plombox or otherwise contact us. Personal information is also collected when you have any activities associated with the business vendors participating Plombox (including making purchase, redeeming promotional incentives, visit to such vendors).

We may use your personal information internally - for example to recommend you with relevant store based on your previous activities using Plombox either on the Plombox website or the Plombox mobile application. We will also contact you regarding Plombox services. We will also be using your personal to diagnose server problems and ensuring that Plombox is more personalized for you.

What information that we collect

Personal Information: Plombox collects some of your personal information in connection with the Service. When you sign up to create a Plombox account, pay for the services provided by Plombox, engage in Campaigns and Program, submit content to Plombox, complete a survey, send us feedback, request information about the Service, apply for a job, post a video, Plombox may collect personal information from you, such as your email address, first and last name, mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, location, credit card number, banking information, expiration date and authentication codes or related information (collectively, "Personal Information"). You do not have to provide Personal Information to Plombox, but you may not be able to take advantage of all features of the Service if you do not.

Web Tracking

Information: Plombox and its third party service providers may use web tracking technologies, such as cookies, web beacons, pixel tags and clear GIFs, to collect data related to usage of the Service, the programs and web and email marketing conducted by or on behalf of Plombox. Such data may include the address of the websites you visited before and after you visited the Service, the type of browser you are using, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, what pages in the Service you visit and what links you clicked on. In order to collect Web Tracking Information and to make your use of the Service more efficient, we may store cookies on your computer. Plombox and third party contractors engaged to provide services on behalf of Plombox ("Contractors") may also use web tracking technologies that are placed in web pages on the Service or in email communications to collect information about actions that users take when they interact with the Service or such email communications. Web Tracking Information is not correlated by Plombox to individual users. Some Web Tracking Information may include data, such as IP address data, that is unique to you.
