Plombox Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern all uses of Plombox Mobile application, Plombox Website and all content, services and products available at or through the application and website. The application is owned by Plombox Inc. ("Plombox").
The Plombox Program is specific to merchant that issue it. The business owner is solely responsible for all aspects of the Plombox loyalty and promotional program, including honouring the reward/incentive, providing quality goods and services and any liability (Injury, loss or damage) you may suffer in connection with Plombox, Plombox is not responsible for any matter containing with unclaimed property and liability from unredeemed incentives or any portion thereof.
"Users" and "Customer" - Users and Customers is anyone who downloads and register for a Plombox account and agree the Terms and Conditions on the use of Plombox.

Acceptance of terms
Plombox Inc provides its services subject to the Term of Service which may be updated at any time. Terms and conditions will be found at: www.plombox.com/info/terms. The application is only available to individuals who are at least the age of 13 years old. You affirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement and to abide by and comply with the Agreement. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Service is revoked in such jurisdictions.

Description of Services
Plombox provides a mobile and web based service to track loyal customers for Vendors and vendors promote their goods and service through our mobile and web services.

Terms of the service
You must register with us to use the service. When you use Plombox, you are bond by this agreement and programs-specific terms.

Plombox Account
If you sign up with Plombox, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account any other actions in relations to the use of the Plombox mobile application and Plombox website. You may never use another user's account without permission. You must notify Plombox immediately in writing of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account. Plombox will not be liable for your losses caused by authorized use of your account, but you may be liable for the losses of Plombox or others due to such authorized use.

TERMINATION
You agree that Plombox may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Plombox account, any associated promotions, rewards and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms of Service or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof), (e) unexpected technical or security issues, (f) extended periods of inactivity, (g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, (h) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services. Termination of your Plombox account includes (a) removal of access to all offerings within the Service, including but not limited to Plombox.com and Plombox Mobile Application services, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring of further use of the Service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Plombox's sole discretion and that Plombox shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated messages and Plombox codes, or access to the Service.
Intellectual Property
This agreement does not transfer from Plombox Inc to you any Plombox or third party intellectual property.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Plombox Inc. disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in the Plombox Inc. Services results. Plombox Inc. disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, mis-delivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. Plombox Inc. disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from information or material through the Plombox Inc.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PLOMBOX INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR SHAREHOLDERS, BE LIABLE TO VENDOR, ANY CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GENERAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, DIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APPLICATION OR SERVICES. IN ANY CASE, PLOMBOX' ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED IN THE AGGREGATE THE AMOUNT RECEIVED FROM VENDOR HEREUNDER, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF PLOMBOX TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS THE LIMITATION OF DAMAGES IN SUCH CASES.
